Naga Shourya Abbayitho Ammayi ReviewWhat is the film about?
The film is about many things, love, lust, friendship, career and parenting. If only it had clarity on what it wanted to say, we would have had similar clarity too.

How is Naga Shourya’s performance?
Naga Shourya looks good in the boy next door type of roles and that’s what we get here. He is good for the character being portrayed and he makes the job look easy with no real difficulty. In the emotional scenes he is overshadowed by seniors around him though.

Ramesh Varma Abbayitho Ammayi ReviewDirection By Ramesh Varma?
Ramesh Varma has difficult subject on hand and when there is difficult subject to execute which might appear pretty simple on paper, chances of it going wrong despite best intention are high. With Abbayitho Ammayi this is exactly what happens.

The narrative of the film is inconsistent, it moves from a sweet love story to tear jerker kind of drama to comedy at the turn of a hat. This muddled narrative mars the film from engaging the audience. There is no clear half that is better, there are sequences in both that are better and hits right note but there are other equally cringe worthy parts.

Palak Lalwani Abbayitho Ammayi ReviewPalak Lalwani and others?
Palak Lalwani huffs and puffs through her character with great bouts of pouting. If that’s supposed to be acting, then she surely has acted. Now coming to the real actors it comes from regular character artists. Rao Ramesh shines in dual shaded character. Mohan is on a different plane when it comes to acting with restraint. Tulasi over does her part in few places but when time comes she too has delivered. Shakalaka Shankar present only for couple of scenes is hilarious. Brahmanandam is forgettable. Others add nothing significant to recollect.

Ilayaraja Abbayitho Ammayi ReviewMusic and other departments?
Music by Maestro Ilayaraja is good along with background score. The problem is not songs here but presence of multiple songs that only mar the progress of the film. Even choreography lacks imagination. Editor of the film really had his task cut out to get the best possible output. A better job here would have meant removal of excess that merely added to the length and boredom. Dialogues are par for course. Only thing apart from music that shines is cinematography which is good.
