AR Murugadoss is a one among the most followed director’s in South Indian cinema. All his projects are eagerly awaited and the director too is pretty prolific and keeps making films back to back.
So it comes as a surprise to many when they don’t know what’s happening with his current film or when it’s releasing. Many know that the star director is making his next film with Superstar Mahesh Babu but not many are aware that it won’t be his next release. It is a Sonakshi Sinha starrer named Akira.
The good news finally is that Akira has a release date and its going to arrive on September 23, almost two years after Kaththi. Will this mean the Mahesh Babu project will be delayed slightly? For that we have to wait for the director’s word to know the truth.
