After the failures of ‘Kochadaiiyaan’ and ‘Lingaa’, Rajinikanth has to face protest of distributors who asked the superstar to pay the compensation for their losses. Now, it’s the farmers who are threatening the superstar.
A Farmers’ Association based in Tamil Nadu is demanding Rajinikanth to pay one crore rupees and if the superstar fails, they are going to stage protests in front of his house. This is no film like deal between Rajini and the farmers.
In the past, when the superstar supported the farmers on interlinking the rivers in India, he promised that he would give one crore rupees if the interlinking of rivers of scheme came into force.
The Central and State Government of Tamil Nadu are yet to take a step towards the scheme. Meanwhile, the farmers are demanding superstar to keep his promise within a month, otherwise they are going to protest against him.
